"Phones are always busy and have to email. Recently needed help getting payment submitted for a policy that wouldn’t show on my app or online. Two days after authorizing the payment I didn’t receive any sort of confirmation, emailed my agent (phones busy again) and got an auto-reply back saying he was on vacation. If I didn’t call another office I would have lost my insurance. Other office picked up immediately and got it all taken care of, and I’m transferring my policy there."
